This Web site is designed to inform you about the areas of study in Construction Management, Graphic Communications, Industrial Computer Systems, Integrated Manufacturing Systems, Technology Education and Renewable Energy.

Admissions

Incoming freshman are admitted through the Admissions Office at Illinois State University. If you are interested in applying to Illinois State University, you can apply online or request an application from the Admissions Office.

Once admitted all freshman students are required to attend Preview during the summer to see the campus and to register for their classes for the following fall. During this time students will learn about the General Education program here at Illinois State University and will learn more about their respective program of study.

Advisement

Incoming freshman are advised by a University College advisor for their first 24 semester hours and then will be meeting with the Department of Technology advisor. Meetings with the department advisor are not required; however, they are strongly recommended. The Advisement Office in the Department of Technology welcomes freshman at any time during that first year.
