Transfer students completing the 2-year A.A. or A.S. plan of study or the Illinois Transferable General Education Core Curriculum, commonly referred to as IAI are strongly encouraged to complete the equivalent of the following required courses in the Graphic Communications program prior to coming to Illinois State.

  • MATH 120 Finite Mathematics
  • MQM 100 Statistical Reasoning
  • PHY 105 Fundamentals of Physics
  • PSY 110 Fundamentals of Psychology

We recommend that transfer students who have completed an A.A.S. degree meet with the advisor to discuss the academic plan of study.
